Job Description:

As a Desktop Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You'll be interacting directly with clients to diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless experience. You'll collaborate closely with clients, proactively identifying their needs and delivering an ideal customer experience. Your role will involve educating clients on technology solutions, alleviating frustrations, and serving as the go-to resource for our company's operations.

Responsibilities:
Providing on-site technical support for a diverse range of network infrastructure and internal desktop systems issues.
Delivering exceptional customer service by being helpful, relatable, and pleasant during interactions with clients.
Customizing the customer experience by tailoring communication, instructions, and product knowledge to individual needs.
Identifying cost-effective repair solutions to minimize customer downtime.
Proactively preparing reports to analyze product failure trends and service issues.

Requirements:
2-5 years of related work experience, or AA degree, or technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A+ Certification or ability to obtain within the first 6 weeks of employment.
Solid understanding of IT services and products.
Enthusiastic about technology and committed to staying updated on industry trends.
Personable, relatable, and responsible when interacting with all customers.
Consultative approach to problem-solving, focusing on delivering solutions tailored to customer needs.
Reliable with impeccable follow-through on customer satisfaction.
Proven ability to communicate technical concepts in simple terms.
Demonstrated confidence in tackling unfamiliar problems and a hunger for career growth.
