Job Overview:

We are looking for a Fleet Asset Coordinator to join our Operations team. The Fleet Asset Coordinator will support the Fleet Operations Manager and be responsible for making sure fully equipped tractors are available for dispatch across the organization. This person will coordinate between departments and multiple locations which will be essential to maximize fleet utilization and driver productivity. They will work with multiple vendors to ensure our tractor/trailer fleet is well-maintained and current on Preventive Maintenance.

Qualifications:
  • BS or BA Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the transportation, logistics, or truck leasing/renting industry.
  • Computer Literacy (Intermediate)
  • Works well with limited supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Administrative and organizational skills
