Job Summary

Givens is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet of approximately 60 trucks. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the trucking industry and maintenance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure fleet reliability and performance.
  • Oversee routine maintenance and repairs, including coordinating with drivers and vendors during breakdowns.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Improve fleet efficiency and reduce downtime.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in fleet maintenance or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in fleet maintenance software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
