The Manager will create diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) curriculum, learning and development content for the firm, collaborate with vendors to update offerings, and maintain best practices and trends within the DEI content space. This is a unique opportunity for a professional development manager to lead a firm's DEI educational programs.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategize, develop, and implement learning and development plans for DEI team
  • Design engaging curriculum and content for DEI trainings and programs
  • Cross collaborate with regional teams and partners to ensure offerings align with larger firm goals
  • Track learning & development trends and emerging best practices
  • Understand and research DEI programming solutions for broad range of audiences
  • Partner with various affinity groups to better curate content and frame learning and development criteria and strategy

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior, or related field
  • Master's degree or JD strongly preferred
  • Active Bar Membership or coaching certification is a plus
  • 10+ years learning and development experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team
  • Law firm experience strongly preferred
  • Experience creating content for DEI programs

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
