Position Overview:

Abbtech Professional Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team as a Cúram CGISS Expert. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, business analysis, and IT triage and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform IT triage and resolve complex Cúram application defects and issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to diagnose, resolve, delegate, and assign issues to the appropriate work stream within the Cúram application.
  • Address production issues/defects and design, develop, and implement solutions.
  • Attend design sessions and translate complex technical triggers and process flows to less technical team members.
  • Assist in system enhancements using the Cúram platform.
  • Become an integral part of the DCAS Team, making every problem associated with the application a problem of their own.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 16+ years of Software Development Lifecycle experience.
  • 10 years of requirements gathering and documentation experience.
  • 16+ years of MS Office/PowerPoint experience.
  • Professional experience with Cúram CGISS development.
  • Experience analyzing, reviewing, and defining problems/issues associated with the Cúram CGISS application.
  • Strong professional business analysis experience.
  • Knowledge/Familiarity with all components of the Cúram CGISS module.
  • Ability to design, develop, and implement solutions to defects/issues.
  • Knowledge of SNAP/TANF/MAGI/Non-MAGI and other related programs.
  • Experience designing within the Cúram software suite.
  • Experience with problem identification and integration of technical skills to resolve issues.
  • Ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users.
  • Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customers by responding to needs by exhibiting a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to independently identify and develop solutions.
  • Understand Cúram Case Management functionality and associated business processes.
  • Experience in business process analysis (Use Cases and/or process flows) and mapping (Gap Analysis) techniques in Cúram.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and detailed technical and financial procedures.
  • Cúram V6 Certification or higher.
