Job Type Full-timeDescriptionHCS is seeking a dynamic customer service professional to support the work of the agency at our Keene, NH office. The Customer Relations Coordinator is responsible for providing quality oversight of customer service activities to the public and staff. They are responsible for greeting the public while handling a large volume of calls. Assists with other duties in support of daily activities of the agency including Human Resources as well as multiple direct service programs. The successful candidate will be adept at Microsoft Office 365, able to juggle multiple tasks, and have a pleasant phone manner.Requirements•Strong verbal and written communication skills.•Strong Microsoft office suite skills, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook. •Demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints and provide positive service experience.•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. •Valid driver's license and access to an automobile during working hours that meet the State of New Hampshire registration regulations and auto liability insurance.This is a fully benefited position which works Monday thru Friday, 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 pm, depending on the duration of the lunch break desired.HCS offers a generous benefit package including medical, dental, vision, short & long-term disability, long term care, tuition reimbursement, and a retirement plan with a significant company match.Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services (HCS) is a non-profit organization providing comprehensive services in southwestern New Hampshire.
