The Site Coordinator will contribute to the execution of the work processes supporting the client's specific needs and operational goals. This person will specialize in ensuring compliance and coordinating efforts pertaining to safety, payroll, talent records and workers compensation. In this position the person will: Develop and manage a great working knowledge of our talent Attend Touch base meetings with client Report daily attendance to the client's management team Ensure that the talent's performance aligns with the client's needs and output requirements Coordinate with the client on any talent performance issues Audit payroll to verify accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures Maintain electronic and paper records for orderly and legal storage of personnel data Entry talent data in Randstad Front Office system Distribute safety equipment and ensure proper use Undertake any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by the Site Manager Skills: - Knowledge, skills, and abilities: - Ability to develop working relationships with all levels - Proficient computer skills for accuracy in reporting and recording information - Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing work, and effective time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent service orientation and professional demeanor - Ability and willingness to take on operational tasks Education - HS Diploma required Work experience - 3 years business experience preferred - 1 year in staffing preferred salary: $25 - $27 per hour shift: First work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Onsite managment of new hires, existing Talent, payroll, attendance, administrative systems and customer service to client and Randstad Talent.
