Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at Eternity Logistics. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base. This includes identifying and prospecting potential customers, building and maintaining customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and business development Strong communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Goal-oriented and self-motivated Ability to work effectively in a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
