Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Develop financial models to forecast future performance
Monitor financial performance of business units and identify trends
Consolidating and analyzing financial data, taking into account company’s goals and targets
Discuss alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance Support developing financial models, conducting benchmarking and process analysis
Identifying trends, advising company and recommending actions to management
Tracking analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
Reconciling transactions by comparing and correcting data
Consulting with management to guide and influence decision making
Driving process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
Additional Responsibilities as assigned by management
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in financial modeling software, such as Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
