Position Summary:
This role is pivotal in supporting our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) functions.
The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate across various departments to enhance financial reporting, forecasting, analytics, and M&A support.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable in-house financial and corporate development experience while working closely with executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Development, or M&A support
- Proven track record in financial modeling
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reporting packages for senior management, highlighting actual performance and variances from budget and forecast
- Develop key performance indicators to enhance business insights
- Facilitate the monthly forecasting process and create effective analytical tools for trend analysis
- Streamline the annual budgeting cycle with input from all business partners
- Conduct financial and business due diligence on potential acquisition targets, managing external data rooms and coordinating logistics
- Collaborate with various teams to support M&A integration, including the development of detailed documentation and timelines
- Research industry trends to manage the M&A pipeline effectively
- Assist in preparing presentations for executive leadership and the board
- Work closely with senior financial and operational leaders on various projects and initiatives as needed
