Exciting Hybrid Opportunity for a Mechanical Lead Project Manager
We are looking for experienced Lead Mechanical Project Managers to oversee on multi-million dollar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with other teams including engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
Manage a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers & Project Engineers to ensure projects are completed on budget and within schedule.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying and addressing risks and challenges.
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on-site, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project status and progress.
Qualifications:
Experience managing mechanical construction projects, with a minimum of 5 years in a project management role.
Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
