You will be considered as the organization's front liner and you will solve technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. Responsibilities
  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues by phone, email, and/or chat.
  • Audit and troubleshoot account issues via Active Directory, Office 365, and Single Sign On services.
  • Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
  • Walk customers through the problem-solving process using remote tools.
  • Contribute to Help Desk documentation through updates and suggestions
Qualifications

Proficiency in:
  • Printers, Scanners, and Scan to Email setups
  • Basic Network Troubleshooting
  • Windows 10 configuration, settings, and repair
  • Overall general IT knowledge to help users solve IT problems.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
