Responsibilities
  • Answer phones with courtesy and professionalism, providing clear and concise information to patients and visitors.

  • Perform daily financial summaries and balance payments received, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Order and organize educational materials, ensuring patients have access to relevant resources.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance patient experience and continuity of care.
  • Assist with ensuring accountability of treatment programs and patient compliance.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent.
  • Medical and office administration experience, with a proven track record of attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
