Our National Account Managers are responsible for managing and growing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales revenue. They act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Responsibilities
Prospect, market, sell and service advertising endorsements
Achieve revenue goals as set by the VP of Sales
Develop new advertisers via phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
Service clients to maintain positive working relationships
Provide regular reports to VP of Sales regarding prospective sales orders, daily call sheets, itineraries, new prospect lists, forecasts, and competition analysis
Monitor competitive media to continually prospect for new account leads
Develop account list from various sources
Create and execute written proposals and contracts
Qualifications
Manages time; focuses on urgent and important tasks; avoids procrastination; follows up; meets deadlines
Adapts to shifts in priorities and urgencies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments and tasks
Comfortable communicating directly with clients either over email or on the phone
Exhibits good interpersonal skills; collaborates with others; maintains composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities
Must possess ability within a team as well as work independently
Work Experience
3-5 years in media sales
