Leads, oversees and supervises team to provide background research by collecting, organizing and analyzing data for the final production of reports and presentations. Serves as equity market strategist spokesperson for the firm on various media outlets. Will have interaction with Senior Management.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvides top-down and bottom-up analysis on the equity markets. Produces market commentary and charts on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis of macroeconomic variables on trends and key developments that impact the market.Assists in providing long-term, thematic equity research publications.Works closely with the Chief Investment Officer and serves as a member of the Investment Strategy Committee.Develops sophisticated market intelligence and identifies trends to be used in published research.
