**Job Responsibilities:**
+ _Accounting Assignments -_ Perform a variety of accounting assignments including accounts analysis, reconciliation, report preparation, and business volume and billing for management decision making. Prepare accurate monthly consolidated invoicing for select customer accounts and daily posting of receipts. Provide back up support to Accountant 1 and Accounting Supervisor Crown Credit.
+ _Process Sales Orders_ - Process all sales orders for specific assigned areas of the Company. Process lease buyouts, perform manual general ledger transactions to clear book value from inventory, repurchase bank owned assets, update partner site and process warranty paperwork. Reconcile shipping logs to ensure timely invoicing.
+ _Bank Responsibilities / Sales Tax and General Ledger Maintenance -_ Calculate, prepare, and transfer monthly payments including month end reporting and quarterly repurchase schedules to lending institutions. Collaborate with banks to resolve discrepancies and ensure monthly bank balances are accurately reconciled. Work to gather, discuss and resolve any audit items with outside auditors for leases. Research and provide sales tax support to customer request of changes in tax status, verify monthly/annual tax updates for Information Technology (IT) and keep current on tax rules and regulations for all states. Assist and provide audit support for tax department when requested. Analyze and correct interface error reports for Quipware (QW) and Leaseworks (LW).
+ _Maintain Inventory_ - Maintain and reconcile inventory. Repurchase assets from banks, quick add and combine asset information in the system. Add asset needs to depreciation system. Assist with physical inventory. Prepare and distribute month end inventory reports.
+ _Miscellaneous -_ Assist in special financial and business-related studies and collaborate with other departments in the preparation of analyses. Assist management with special projects and/or customer requests. Analyze and document new processes and procedures.
**Job Qualifications:**
+ 2-4 years related experience
+ Bachelors degree (Accounting)
+ Good communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
+ Possess the ability to work in a team environment and multi-task.
+ Good computer skills.
**Work Authorization:**
