Job Summary:
The Lead Branch Sales Associate plays a key role in the operation of the branch, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, employee management and operating costs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Center Manager with daily management of store operations and achieve established sales and profitability goalsas prescribed byregional leadership.
- Assistwith store operations including opening and closing store locations.
- Assistwith implementation and maintenance of the highest level of customer service in the industry.
- Assist with Management and Mentoring of Counter Sales Associates.
- Assistwith maintenance of inventory accuracy and ensure all company assets are protected from theft or damage.
- Effective communication and interpersonal ability, integrity and a well-developed sense of personal accountability area must.
- Organizing shelves and displays of merchandise, cleaning areas to enhance sales/access to products.
- Full compliance with all SOX key controls
- CostControl, Business Strategy, New Business Development, Staff Development, Asset Management, Marketing Strategy and HVAC Technical Support.

Requirements:
- Ability to work well in afast-pacedretail store environment.
- At least 3-5 years HVAC industry knowledge/experience
- Strong computer skills areessential,computerproficiencywith Microsoft applications.
- Heightened focus onprovidingexcellent customer service.
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities
- Must be sales driven with the ability to lead and motivate sales and operational staff.
- Prior Forklift certification is preferred.
