Developing, configuring, and optimizing the injection mold process from inception through to start-up and certification. Monitoring and commissioning mold handover (from Engineering to production) by following mold handover guidelines Developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and output quality. Managing mold issues and solutions. Assessing processes, taking measurements, and interpreting data. Designing, running, testing, and upgrading systems and processes. Performing risk assessments. Optimizing and standardizing of the product requirements and processes. Support production to solve operations issues (RCA) and solution implementation Work closely with the Injection Mold Engineering Team to give design reviews and improve existing mold. Ability to manage team to achieve goals, improvements, activities engagement (production process and quality) Knowledge of process-related standards and health-safety regulations.
