In this role, you will be responsible for managing our organization's digital content strategy and overseeing the technical aspects of our website and portals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital content creation, web development, and content management systems (CMS). You should be adept at creating engaging and SEO-optimized content, maintaining website functionality, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all digital platforms. Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Develop and implement digital content strategies that align with our organization's goals and target audience. Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content for our website, and collaborate with the Social Media Specialist to push content to social media channels. Collaborate with key constituents to curate pertinent information and distribute recurring communication like weekly parent/community e-newsletters. Optimize content for SEO and user experience, ensuring content is discoverable and drives traffic and engagement. Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to optimize content and improve performance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content meets brand standards and technical requirements. Manage and maintain the organization's website, including updates, troubleshooting, and implementing new features and functionalities. Ensure website security, performance, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to digital content creation and web development. Train and support staff members on content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing processes. Support the school's overall communication and marketing goals, collaborate on The Crest school publication, and perform other duties as assigned. Abuse Risk Management Standards: Adheres to policies related to boundaries with students. Attends required abuse risk management training. Reports suspicious and inappropriate behaviors. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and multimedia and video content creation.
