You’ll join the Content team to develop and execute content strategies and solutions that align with industry best practices and fulfill the project/platform requirements, including business objectives, customer needs, compliance standards, and deadlines. This is a 6 – month contract + extension and possible convert to perm. The team is located in Plano, TX, and the role is hybrid on-site 3 days/week.


Digital Content Designer Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies and solutions that align with industry best practices and fulfill the project/platform requirements, including business objectives, customer needs, compliance standards, and deadlines.
  • Communicate and enforce quality standards within the Design team through effective creative direction and critique.
  • Oversee the structural design of platform and product experiences, encompassing navigation, labeling, and user flow. Develop metadata to optimize search and browse functionality, integrating with broader navigation and data metrics.
  • Deliver content components, such as user interface language and product education, across the CRM platform.
  • Leverage and contribute to various data sources, including research findings and analytics, to identify and resolve user pain points and measure impact.
  • Utilize and actively contribute to content systems, including standards, voice and tone guidelines, messaging frameworks, and accessibility resources.
  • Present work and articulate content decisions to senior design leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to content governance and approval processes.
  • Collaborate with the company-wide content design team to enhance user experience and maintain consistency across channels and experiences


Digital Content Strategist Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ relevant experience
  • Capable of managing customer-facing content, UX, and UI through Jira tickets.
  • Handle content changes such as disclaimers and design file updates, primarily via ticket management.
  • Create new content and update existing content
  • Defining content logic, defending decisions to stakeholders, and contributing strategically to new features and content design.
  • Approximately 60% of the role will be tactical, focused on ticket management, while 40% will be strategic, involving project planning, and collaborating with partners to bring ideas to fruition.
  • The candidate will need to proactively communicate with project teams to align deliverables with project timelines.
