About The Role

We are looking for our first ever Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us build our prospecting function from the ground up. This role will be responsible for creatively breaking through the noise to reach our buyer audience – setting up qualified conversations for our Account Executive team. We put a premium on using creative first-principles to spark conversations in a modern way – utilizing video, social media, and other formats and channels to hit your number.

This role will also be the frontline for our Agency Partner program – giving the right candidate the opportunity to run the partner acquisition process from start to finish, and gain valuable closing experience ahead of your next chapter as an Account Executive.

We are open to candidates from a multitude of backgrounds and experience to get in on the ground floor at a fast-growth start-up with the ambition to transform the future of marketing. Because of the breadth of responsibilities for the role, we are looking for an entrepreneurially-minded individual who is capable of blowing out their sales quota while also building the revenue engines of the next great SaaS company.

Note: This role is based in Phoenix, AZ only. We are willing to pay relocation expenses for the right candidate.

What You Will Do

Identify, source, create messaging and conduct outreach with the goal of booking qualified meetings for our founding Account Executive. Prospect and close new partners for our first-ever Agency Partnership program and cultivate ongoing relationships. Implement innovative strategies through video content creation to generate pipeline. Work closely with our Co-Founder & CEO and Founding AE documenting our sales playbook. Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to develop prospecting strategies for new and existing products.
