As a Regional Sales Manager, you will inspire, coach, and develop your team to consistently achieve monthly targets. You're an experienced people manager, with a knack for hiring, an eye on metrics, and an instinct to develop your people. You're not afraid to join sales calls and win deals. In fact, you welcome a challenge, attack it with integrity, and inspire those around you while doing it. Responsibilities:
* Hire, train, and develop sales representatives
* Lead with a coach mentality. Youre not a manager, youre a sales coach
* Inspire the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
* Coach new employees to achieve 100% of quotas within 90 days
* Create and maintain an environment that motivates and engages team members
* Establish sales incentive contests to foster a competitive, fun, and energetic environment
* Manage overall sales process and monitor daily/weekly/monthly results
* Improve and streamline systems and processes in order to ensure the highest possible outcomes
* Work with Marketing on promotions and lead generation programs
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of inside sales manager experience, healthcare software industry preferred
* BS/BA in business or related field
* Track record of successful sales management in rapid growth technology organization
* Prior experience managing a high-volume software subscription team
* Experience working in a collaborative environment across multiple departments
* Ability to create high energy and competitive winning teams
* Exceptional communication, relationship building, active listening, and presentation skills
* Strong organizational skills, with strengths in being detail and process oriented
* Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Saleforce, email, phone skills)
* Experience developing and presenting clear and concise sales presentations and scripts
