We have an immediate need for a Contract Recruiter at a leading organization. This is a contract position expected to last 2 months or so, possibly longer.

Job Duties Include:

  • Conduct candidate outreach/lead generation for open positions on various platforms.
  • Interact with both active and passive candidates to source suitable candidates.
  • Conduct Boolean searches utilizing various sourcing channels
  • Communicate with potential candidates and promote employer brand.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Review and screen resumes and applications, and select candidates based on job description requirements.
  • Conduct telephone interviews, providing detailed telephone interview notes and recommendations to hiring manager.
  • Conduct preliminary recruiting strategies using diversity recruiting tactics.
  • Manage interview schedules with hiring managers using Outlook and MS Teams.
  • Work with recruiters to create computerized skills assessments based on job requirements.

Job Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter who sourced talent
  • Bachelors degree
  • experience recruiting for positions in various disciplines including medical and scientific research
  • Knowledge and experience with sourcing tools, diversity sourcing, and a applicant tracking database.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members as well as to work independently and handle multiple assignments
