The Contract Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for IT positions (75%) and other positions (25%) across Almo. This contract position will be considered for renewal every 6 months. The role includes managing the Paycom ATS, employment branding and marketing, and continuous improvement of recruiting processes.


What You Will Do in This Role:

Talent Acquisition (75% IT Positions, 25% Other Positions):

  • Manage intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers for IT and other non-exempt positions.
  • Develop strategies and engage in hands-on recruitment for full-time salaried positions.
  • Coach hiring managers on competency-based recruiting, provide market insights, and act as a business partner for all openings.
  • Stay current with talent acquisition trends, market trends, and best practices through webinars, networking, and continuous improvement methods.


Offer Generation, Onboarding, and Paycom Management:

  • Generate offer letters.
  • Enter new personnel into Paycom and initiate the onboarding process.
  • Provide instructions and guidance to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage Paycom job templates, process flows, and overall settings.
  • Enhance Paycom functionality and drive system automation.
