Job Overview:Shriners Children's is the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center. We have an opportunity for a Northeast Market Recruiter reporting into Northeast Market Human Resources Director. Shriners Childrens Northeast Market consists of locations in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
Responsibilities:As a Regional Recruiter for the Northeast Market, you will help develop and implement strategies that support a consistent flow of qualified, diverse, and talented candidates. In this role, you will collaborate with organizational leaders to identify and successfully on board highly qualified key talent in both clinical and non-clinical areas.
- Develops recruitment strategies to meet short and long range staffing needs of the hospitals and clinics.
- Full-life cycle of recruitment, including identifying needs with hiring managers; determining job specifications qualifications and skill level;developing a recruitment strategy; advertising, sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations and closing job offers.
- Works directly with managers to develop a qualified candidate pool and facilitate an efficient and effective hiring process; projects staffing needsand forecast salary costs..
Qualifications:
Experience Required/Preferred:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare.
- Experience executing successful and creative sourcing strategies and maintaining strong professional networks.
- Expertise with ICIMS recruitment platform and modules for recruitment, pre-employment processing and onboarding preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Education Required/Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, required

Healthcare experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to maintain relationships to develop an ongoing talent pool.
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong track record of solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact as part of the HR and Recruitment team.
