The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist, working in Banking/Finance industry in Columbus, Ohio, 43219, United States.

Analyze collateral documentation and loan information in the bank's servicing system (Hogan) and as needed, update collateral records in loan servicing system Follow up with business partners regarding missing or insufficient documents Research and verify lien position on UCCs and titles for loans secured by RVs, vehicles and boats and also analyze loan status to determine the appropriate resolution Prepare customer communication Manage workflow to ensure SLA's are met or exceeded

High School Diploma or equivalent At least one year experience in a customer service related position Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and AccessAbility to create and edit basic Word and Excel documents. Prior experience with Collateral/ Title Work, consumer loans or dealership background is an example
