WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation and team management

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead a team, driving them to achieve and exceed their goals

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively to identify new opportunities

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a variety of audiences

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
