Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive support to clients, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of intricate systems and equipment. Assess and validate the operational quality of system components.
  • Address client issues related to hardware and software installation, repair, upgrades, and maintenance, including resolving complex installation and maintenance challenges.
  • Guide clients in the effective operation and upkeep of systems and equipment.
  • Ensure that issues are escalated to the appropriate personnel or service areas for further investigation, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams on administrative and technical matters related to assigned projects.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and compile reports on system problem trends and issues.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of field support experience.
  • Familiarity with the company's hardware, software, and equipment products.
  • Experience in addressing customer technology and support needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for resolving field support challenges.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and equipment issues.
  • Capability to mentor other field engineers.
