Client Overview : Our client, a natural haircare brand, is looking for a Freelance Account Manager to join their team.

Role Overview: This role is an integral part of the brand’s retail strategy and will be responsible forbuilding relationships with key accounts, assisting in the development of strategies to increase revenue, and seeking new business opportunities.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

Develop strong collaborativerelationships and connect with accounts on a day-to-day basis to understand businessopportunities and challenges.

Support daily business needs and manage special projects with retail partners andinternal teams.

Working with retail and cross-functional partners, directly manage briefs,timelines, and deliverables for account specific needs or content requests (visualmerchandising, digital and social assets, sampling, printed materials, events &education).

Coordinate and participate in market presentations, education webinars and tradeshowsto discuss new launches, marketing and promotions and further understand the brand’sperformance.

Directly responsible for new item setup process and sku management for key accounts;closely monitor retailer.com for out of stock and opportunities for digital optimization.

Align on strategy andbudget with Sales Director and help to lead execution of retailaccount programming to drive sales growth and elevated consumer experience.

Assist in tracking and analyzingsales performance andspend,reporting monthly and quarterly results

Account Manager Qualifications:

4-year bachelor degree from an accredited college or university

3+ years of wholesale account management experience

Experience working with a beauty brand and key beauty retailers.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Knowledge of Google Office Suite preferred.

Some travel may be required.
