Supply Chain Coordinator

•Obtain understanding of business flows to coordinate all supply chain activities from purchase through sale
•Generate purchase orders to vendors on behalf of procurement
•Generate sales orders to cold storages on behalf of customers
•Maintain accurate and detailed customer spreadsheets
•Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, customers, and cold storage facilities
•Assist with ad hoc reporting
•Collaborate with credit representative to properly issue claims
•Work with financial analyst to investigate and expedite payments/reconciliation of aging invoices

Qualifications and Educational Requirements
•Job Location in Fayetteville, AR
•College education in field related to Business, Supply Chain, or Agriculture
•1-2 Years' Experience within Fresh Protein Industry
•Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
•Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
•Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
•Ability to work on tight deadlines
•Ability to work in an organized environment
•Strong attention to detail
•Limit data entry mistakes
•Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
Travel: This role will travel as needed. In support of customer and team meetings.
