Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supplier management strategies and initiatives to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services.

• Conduct research and evaluate suppliers to identify and select the most suitable vendors for the organization's needs.

• Manage supplier relationships, assess their performance, and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal pricing and terms.

• Monitor and analyze market trends and changes in external factors to identify potential risks and opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, finance, and operations to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve supply chain efficiency.

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on supplier management best practices and industry trends.

• Develop and maintain a supplier scorecard to measure and communicate supplier performance to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or strategic sourcing.

• Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced and changing environment.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management processes and industry trends.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with supply chain management software.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
