Monitoring LPS Inbound Team to coordinate manage inbound status in daily basis on bulk shipment for MPC packaging plan and coordinate with Account and DF team to meet weekly/monthly sell in Supporting AM/Biz Ops/BP teams to clearly understand short recovery guidance from GOC Resolves problems of moderate to large scope where analysis of data requires the identification of obscure or undefined factors and decisions have significant impact on business performance Proactively identifies and challenges activities that will detract from planned objectives Inventory balancing between stock location to avoid unnecessary production at factory Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or related field is preferred 5-12 years of experience High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and database software such as SAP is required Experienced on knowledge and able to navigate GSCM (Global Supply Chain Management) system Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal) Excellent Attention to Detail The ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team goals.
