About the Position:
Epic Specialty Staffing, Diagnostic and Imaging Division, is looking for a Recruiter, Diagnostic & Imaging who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Epic Staffing Group’s Specialty Strategic Business Unit, Diagnostic and Imaging division.
About Us:
Epic Specialty Staffing, Diagnostic and Imaging Division offers staffing solutions focused on providing remote radiologists who can seamlessly “plug in” to a radiology practice or hospital to provide after hours or surge-support to provide remote reading services.
What You'll Do:
Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, including businesses and organizations seeking recruitment services.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application and interview process, addressing any questions or concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Who You Are:
You are driven by achieving measurable results, meeting sales targets, and exceeding business development goals.
With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you have the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
You are able to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What You've Done:
One year of experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
Experience in a recruitment agency or staffing firm is preferred.
Salary: $25/hour
