Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARYSupports various services within the HR Service Center, including onboarding, offboarding, employee referrals, PCNs, severance, employee records, transfers, contractor management, and LOA administration. Customers include employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInclude the following. Others may be assigned.Processes Personnel Change Notices 'PCNs' timely with consistent accuracy. This includes new hires, status changes and terminations. Maintains HRMS records and compiles reports from database as needed. Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.Assists department in carrying out various human resources programs, processes and procedures for all company employees such as severance, LOA, etc.Handles new hire paperwork. Processes recruiting transactions such as background checks, drug screenings, and prepares new hire packets for distribution. Creates offer letters.Maintains the HR email box and 800 phone line, responding to inquiries and escalating as needed.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
