Position: HR Coordinator

Role Overview: As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a qualified and diverse talent pool
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data to ensure compliance with regulations
- Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback sessions
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure effective HR management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in HR coordination or related roles, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
