PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Update and maintain HRIS (Success Factors) with new hire and employee changes information; maintain system and user security; create and generate standard and ad hoc reports;

resolve employee system issues Prepare annual merit and bonus spreadsheets. Assists in the adherence of policies and procedures. Assists Manager of Workforce Services, HR Director and HRBPs in law compliance and equitable treatment to all employees as it pertains to payroll processing. Answer all employee questions in a timely manner and provide guidance to policies and procedures when necessary. Ensure compliance with all required department reports including, but not limited to, AAP, EEO-1, VETS 100; headcount reporting; ad hoc reports. Working with the Payroll Administrator, participate in the bi-weekly process to ensure accurate and efficient processing. Help to resolve tax discrepancies, audits Create, update and maintain SOPs for Workforce Services functions. Other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS/ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE TO DO THE JOB 4 - 8 years of progressive experience in an Workforce Services Associate role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel
