"The Storm Secure Underground Program analyzes data from past hurricanes, vegetation-related service interruptions and other reliability metrics to identify areas that would most benefit from having power lines placed underground. Gaining the customer's agreement to proceed with the project as planned and acquiring all necessary signatures for easements and acknowledgement forms. Requires great customer service and communication skills, as well as purposeful follow up and documentation skills.
