Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment roles preferred.

  • Aptitude for problem-solving and learning HR procedures and policies quickly.
  • Ability to present solutions, overcome obstacles, and develop new ideas and strategies for recruitment.
  • Ability to actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships.
Expectations/Duties:
  • Manage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, development, and performance.
  • Develop and execute employee onboarding procedures, and provide guidance and interpretation to new employees making for a smooth transition to our team.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source, screen and interview candidates to identify the best fit for respective open positions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements for all positions.
  • Support hiring managers in the decision-making process by providing market insights and salary data.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to source candidates, including social media, job boards, and industry events.
  • Collect and verify candidate credentials throughout the hiring process.
