Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Emily's Hope’s mission and goals. Create, curate, and manage content across various platforms, including blogs, all social media channels, YouTube, newsletters, podcasts and websites. Write and edit high-quality content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, social media updates, podcast descriptions and newsletters. Produce and edit multimedia content, including graphic designs and videos. Event Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, organization, and execution of fundraising events, including our signature art show and auction. Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure events run smoothly from start to finish. Collaborate with team members and volunteers to ensure successful event execution. Must be willing to work occasional nights and weekends for events. Brand Consistency & Quality: Ensure all content and event materials are on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice. Maintain and update the Emily's Hope website, ensuring accurate and engaging content. Requirements

3+ years of practical experience in content creation, social media management, and event planning. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce compelling marketing content. Proficiency in using content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop and video and audio editing software. Proven ability to develop and execute marketing content strategies. Excellent project management and time management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Creative, strategic, and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills. Commitment to the mission of Emily's Hope and a willingness to engage in all aspects of the organization’s work.
