GREAT opportunity to join our Marketing team Washington Pavilion Management, Inc seeks a full time Marketing Coordinator to support a wide variety of Marketing projects and programs, including planning, implementation, execution and tracking. The Marketing Coordinator will be full-time (40 hours per week) and a critical team member for the smooth operation and success of the department. The Marketing Coordinator will primarily work during our department’s operating hours (8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Mon–Fri) and occasional weekends or evenings to support special events. What you will do Undertake a wide variety of Marketing projects, programs and campaigns across numerous business offerings. Design graphics for special events, exhibitions and performances. Update and edit website landing pages. Create eblasts, social media posts and other digital marketing assets. Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital marketing campaigns. Maintain and update project schedule grids, calendars, reports and other trackers. Print, collate and sort collateral and support direct mailing projects. Assist during photo and video shoots. Support print production, finishing and trim work. Install posters, signs and wall graphics. Support graphic design projects through resizing, editing and making revisions. What you need - qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, graphic design or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop. Proficient using Microsoft tools including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Social media access required. Familiar with website content management a plus.
