In this role, the right candidate will work as an industry-specialized executive advisor, driving customer adoption, satisfaction, and value realization of client solutions. This includes strategic account planning, use case adoption, delivering exceptional customer experience, and acting as a voice of the customer. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the central point of contact for the customer throughout their lifecycle, defining success plans and ensuring cohesive communication. Network within accounts to facilitate successful strategy execution and roadmap. Drive adoption of Adobe Experience Cloud products, providing insights and aiding progress. Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication and orchestration of internal resources. Identify customer risks and collaborate on "get well" plans; champion customer needs internally. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Strong background in Customer Success within the Tech Industry, preferably in Digital Marketing or SaaS. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; effective at mediating conflict and fostering joint partnership. Proven consulting skills and ability to manage account planning & customer success plans. Industry Experience: Must have experience in Digital Marketing Technology or related field. This role is suitable for remote candidates in the PST to EST time zones and requires flexibility to travel approximately 20% of the time. A Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience in software related to digital marketing, digital media space, data platforms, content management, and customer journeys are essential.
