- Pay Rate: Flexible

- Will be part of the Quality Control team supporting a system conversion from AFS to LoanIQ.
- Handling additional QC work.
- Reviewing work that is processed by other groups within the LOB.
- Checking accuracy and comparing work to the checklist of requirements.
- Handling overflow on operational duties within the team.
- Ability to review transactions/loan documents for accuracy.
- Loan IQ experience - strong user is acceptable / QC level experience is ideal.
- Commercial banking operations experience (Board and fund experience) - systems (Fred & credit bridge).
- Identify risks and problem areas and recommend improvements.
- Research risks and develop solutions for problems identified.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Listen, understand, respond, and build relationships across the organization.
- Ability to apply knowledge of processes and systems to accomplish tasks.
