NAMI Chicago seeks to fill gaps in Chicago's mental health system, with an intentional emphasis on serving underrepresented populations and breaking down barriers to care.

Who We Are Looking For:?

NAMI Chicago has a rich history of training and consulting to support our mission of raising awareness of mental health and reducing stigma. We are expanding this work by establishing a dedicated practice focused on enhancing workplace culture through mental health awareness training, self-care skill building, and consulting on wellness policies and strategies. The Marketing Manager will lead the development of creative content for the Workplace Wellness practice, oversee paid and earned marketing efforts, and support business development efforts.

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our Workplace Wellness practice and increase brand awareness of NAMI Chicago's training and consulting opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong writing and graphic design skills, and the ability to work independently in a growth stage environment. Importantly, our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about mental health and wellness in the workplace and committed to fostering well cultures within organizations in the Chicagoland area.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales of workplace wellness training and consulting. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and website content for the Workplace Wellness practice. Develop social media content for workplace wellness practice in partnership with our communications team. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the Director of Workplace Wellness to develop and implement strategies for lead generation. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively. Develop proposals for potential clients on workplace wellness training and consulting. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of basic marketing principles, strategies, and tactics. Digital Marketing: Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM. Content Creation: Ability to create engaging content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters. Market Research: Conducting market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer behavior. Analytics: Ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. Creativity: Thinking creatively to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages to target audiences. Organization: Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Teamwork: Collaborating with other team members and departments to achieve marketing goals. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Attention to Detail: Paying attention to detail to ensure accuracy in marketing materials and campaigns. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using various marketing tools and software. Customer Focus: Understanding customer needs and preferences to develop targeted marketing campaigns. Budget Management: Understanding of basic budgeting principles and ability to manage marketing budgets effectively. Computer Skills: Proficiency Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word. Proficiency in Internet Explorer, Outlook/Exchange; Windows operating systems; and other software routinely used by NAMI Chicago? Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills. Available Benefits:
