What you will do: Full cycle recruiting for open Gunner positions Act as a subject matter expert in our recruitment process to ensure a great culture and positional fit Collaborate with leadership and cross functional departments to understand hiring needs Exceed hiring expectations and timelines Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates and market positions Work efficiently with both the HR team members and independently Attend company and team meetings Onboard employees to ensure they’re ready for work day 1 employment Keep track of KPI’s to present to leadership month over month Act as the HR expert for the New Jersey Office What you will bring: Bachelor's Degree preferred Proven track record of success in both recruiting and generalist activities Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing creative recruiting strategies and plans in a fast paced, changing environment. Proficiency in marketing positions in unique ways, including knowledge and experience utilizing social media for recruiting and development of recruitment brand.
