Description:
Coordinates the computerized scheduling application and process for the entire clinic enterprise. Provides training to staff and assists with changes/upgrades of computer software. Coordinates the telephone system for clinics at West Ninth by monitoring the Navigator software, providing training to staff, and assisting with changes/upgrades to the phone system. Adheres to Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare.
What you will Do:
  • Maintains the scheduling application for the computer software.
  • Orients and trains on scheduling application and phone system
  • Identifies and assists in the resolution of problems relating to the computer software and related
  • Attends required workshops relating to software changes/ upgrades
  • Acts as liaison for the scheduling application between CHCS and computer vendor
Hours/Schedule:

80 hours biweekly (1.0FTE)

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with provider schedules
