Responsibilities The Sourcing Recruiter is a dedicated resource supporting Hazteks business. This position ensures that the assigned safety professional pipelines and positions are filled with qualified candidates who are ready to on-board on short notice and positions are filled. This is a hybrid role with one day a week in office, in Medford, NJ.

Responsibilities:

Develop an intimate understanding of the Safety industry in order to be an effective partner to hiring managers, and to fill roles.

Maintain a steady pipeline of vetted candidates with varying levels of qualifications and experience for assigned positions and geographies.

Conduct specialized, targeted recruiting efforts

Utilize traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques to attractive active and passive job seekers

Coordinate daily with Operations on projected sourcing needs.

Prescreen candidates based on role qualifications and desired experience

Utilize ATS (ICIMS) to manage and coordinate jobs and candidates

Coordinate and facilitate the on-boardingprocess

Create candidate professional profiles for presentation to customers, as needed

Assist with projects and tasks, as directed

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Five (5) years of experience with high-volume, full service recruiting or human resources that included recruiting as primary function

Two (2) years of proven experience in a sales-oriented service role, communicating directly with decision makers or influences

Experience using a variety of current, efficient and cost-effective sourcing techniques and systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work and/or military experience

Construction industry knowledge and/or technical safety background

One (1) year of work experience supporting a decentralized workforce

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills

Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Working knowledge of ICIMS and or other ATS systems

Ability to operate in fast paced environment with changing priorities

Aptitude for balancing many priorities and still meet deadline

Must be able to portray a positive, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule and Location:

This is a hybrid role with one day in our Corporate Office in Medford, New Jersey, and remote the rest of the week.

Work schedule is generally 8am to 5pm

Some periodic weekend or evening work is expected
