About the Role

The Sourcing Recruiter position at HazTek Inc. involves supporting the company's growth by filling safety professional positions with qualified candidates. This is a hybrid role, requiring one day a week in the office in a designated location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Safety industry to effectively partner with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a pipeline of vetted candidates for various positions and locations, ensuring a strong talent pool for future needs.
  • Conduct targeted recruiting efforts, utilizing different sourcing techniques to attract job seekers and meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate with Operations on sourcing needs, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
  • Prescreen candidates based on qualifications, utilizing ATS systems to streamline the hiring process.
  • Manage candidates through the hiring process, facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Create professional candidate profiles, highlighting relevant skills and experience.
  • Assist with projects as needed, providing support to the recruitment team and other departments.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on talent acquisition and management.
  • 2 years of sales-oriented service experience, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques and systems, including ATS platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with a focus on business, human resources, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the Construction industry or technical safety, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience supporting a decentralized workforce, with a focus on remote work and virtual teams.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, including ICIMS.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Balancing multiple priorities, with a focus on project management and time management.
  • Positive and energetic demeanor, with a focus on building strong relationships and a positive work environment.
  • Team player, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
Work Schedule and Location

This role is hybrid, with one day in the office and remote work the rest of the week. Work hours are generally 8am to 5pm, with occasional weekend or evening work.
