- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within the staffing and consulting sector.

- Proficient in advanced internet research techniques, including Boolean searches.
- Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and recommend high-quality talent.
- Familiarity with various job boards and platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Strong understanding of recruitment concepts, including employment types and tax terms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
