Description

This position is a fast paced and multi-faceted as it supports two departments with FSG

One department is FSGs Technology group serving the role as a Contract Administrator. They work closely with all levels of the team management, project managers and estimators.

The other department is the Propel Academy serving the role supporting student tuition and billing. They work closely with the Director, students and other administrative team members.

Responsibilities:

Contract Administrator

New customer setup and new subcontractor / vendor setup with corporate.

New Project Entry and Setup in Accounting system

Contract execution

Obtain approvals from FSG legal and Estimator

Obtain signatures from both parties

Pull out key components of the contract and send to Operations team in form of a checklist

Subcontractor Contracts

Send contracts to FSG subcontractors and obtain signatures

Change order Documentation / Tracking and Entry

Certified Payroll Reports submitted to General Contractors and Government

Contacts customer base on aging receivables

Academy Administrator

Maintains the accuracy of student tuition and fee accounts and oversees the billing and receipt process to ensure timely and accurate billing statements for students.

Build and test tuition and fee invoicing tables for each student.

Assists with the preparation of annual financial reports pertaining to tuition and fees.

includes reviewing deferred revenue activity and preparing a report of aged accounts receivable for write-off consideration and recording bad debt expenses at year-end to ensure accurate reporting.

Responsible for overseeing student delinquent accounts collections.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION

People skills to effectively communicate with all team members

Computer literate PDF creation, email, file folders, easily adapt to new software

Organized save documents in proper location, maintain log of projects at hand and current status.

Working knowledge of Microsoft software Outlook, Word, Excel

Written communication must be grammatically correct and professional.
