**Customer Relations Advisor (Saturday)**
**Job Introduction**
Agincare, the leading UK Social Care provider seek a Customer Relations Sales Advisor to cover our busy sales office every Saturday, located at our head office at Castletown in Portland, Dorset.
This is a permanent part-time role. We would like to cover 10 am to 2 pm every Saturday but we are willing to discuss flexibility of these hours if you are the ideal candidate.
The salary 21,000 per annum (pro-rata), 4 hours per week.
**ABOUT THE ROLE:**
This is the perfect role for you if you are an experienced customer relations or customer sales professional seeking extra work at the weekend or indeed want to get back in to work.
This opportunity has a great deal of potential for future career progression. It is a mix of customer relations and sales. Youll be working on your own but also part of a small, skilled and dedicated team, contributing to building the sales for our Live-in and Care Home businesses.
You will be handling all incoming calls and converting as many enquiries into assessments and new packages of care as possible. In addition to this, the Customer Relations Advisor must follow the entire enquiry process ensuring all new clients start successfully. You will need to be highly organised as an essential part of this role is to complete a detailed handover with colleagues when starting and finishing your shifts.
You will come with a track record of achieving sales targets and understanding the value of customer service.

**ABOUT YOU:**
* To handle all incoming calls including new enquiries for business;
* To ensure the enquiry process is completed in a prompt, thorough and professional manner;
* To communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders regarding the start of new clients;
* To ensure that all administration is completed thoroughly, accurately and in a timely manner with meticulous attention to detail;
* To complete successful handovers at the beginning and end of your shifts.
* Previous experience within customer sales and/or customer relations is essential.
* Experience within Health and Social Care is preferred.
